SYNOPSIS
An international Conference of Yog was held in
Jaipur from Nov. 14 to Nov. 17, 1998. I too
participated in that conference. On this occasion
some Yog practitioners participating in the
conference inspired me to write a book on Diabetes.
I am neither a
doctor nor a writer, even then they chose me for
this responsible assignment. Probably the reason
behind it was an article on Diabetes presented by me
at the conference. Now accepting the requests of
practitioners of Yog, I have made up my mind to
write a book on Diabetes.
The book titled
Diabetes throws a flood of light on what is
Diabetes? What are the symptoms and causes for
Diabetes? Besides, these questions, the present book
entails precautionary measures to stay free from
Diabetes such as early rising, drinking Water in the
morning and when to avoid drinking water. This book
also highlights the importance of morning walk,
exercise, practice of yogasans, pranayam, agnisar
kriya etc.
This book is
wholistic in its approach and presentation. It
throws light on constipation, what to eat and what
not to eat, domestic and Ayurvedic treatment,
naturopathic treatment, homoeopathic treatment and
allopathic treatment. In sequel to these, this book
gives valuable tips for precautionary measures, so
that one can stay free from the deadly disease.
I am confident that
after understanding and following the instruction
contained in this small booklet, readers willn’t
fall victim of Diabetes and those who have been
already affected, would be able to get rid of it.
