Please contact CraftsofIndia within three days of receipt of the item, at support@craftsofindia.com and specify the product code of the work to be returned. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping and insurance costs.

As soon as we receive the item back to us the exchange or refund will be processed. The refund/exchange will be provided subject to receipt of the item in the proper condition.
